Restoration, Not Alteration
We believe in the "Purist" approach to card care. It is vital to understand the difference between what we do and "card doctoring":
• What we do (Restoration): We remove years of surface grime, wax, fingerprints, and minor factory residues using non-invasive techniques.
• What we do NOT do (Alteration): We never use inks, dyes, or trimmers. We do not "doctor" cards or use chemicals that change the physical structure of the card stock. Our process is 100% focused on revealing the card's original, intended beauty.

How the Process Works
1. Drop your cards to us in store (IN STORE SERVICE ONLY)
2. Cards are photographed then logged into our system with a before and after taken.
3. Professional Inspection: Every card undergoes a high-magnification assessment to identify "grade-killing" surface issues.
4. The Restoration: Using our high-end toolkit, we carefully lift imperfections without affecting the card's original state.
5. You will be emailed to let you know your cards are ready for collection in store.

Prices start from £7 a card for clean and polish There are additional costs for crease removal and cards over £500 raw value.

• No Guarantee of Grades: While our restoration services are designed to improve the physical appearance and surface quality of your cards, we cannot and do not guarantee a specific numerical grade from any third-party grading company (such as PSA, BGS, or CGC). Grading is inherently subjective and remains at the sole discretion of the grading professional.
• Restoration vs. Condition: Our process focuses on removing surface contaminants and restoring original luster. However, restoration cannot "fix" structural damage such as deep creases, paper loss, or rounded corners. We will provide a professional assessment, but we cannot turn a "Poor" card into a "Gem Mint" card.
• Non-Alteration Policy: We strictly perform non-invasive restoration. We do not use ink, recoloring agents, or trimming tools. While our methods are industry-standard for professional card care, customers should be aware that all grading companies have their own internal policies regarding cleaned or handled cards.
• Risk Acknowledgement: By using this service, you acknowledge that TCG cards are fragile items.
